Hoop Dance Basics:
This class is the first step toward learning how to Hula Hoop Dance. You will learn all the basics techniques to be able to attend a Hoop Dance class. Not only is this a wonderful way to be creative and have fun, but it is one of the most best ways to burn calories, tone every muscle ‘especially your core’ and it massages all your internal organs. This will leave you feeling happy, healthy, and looking great too! Please wear comfy pants or shorts and a tank top. Bring a bottle of water and prepare to sweat. ;) Adults Only Please. Yoga Flow (All Levels):
Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for years. This class is designed for all levels. Perfectly modified and guided. Here you will learn different breathing techniques ‘Pranayama’, and how we move our body with our breathe in such a flowing art that builds heat ‘Sun Saluations’, then we will sustain that heat with certain postures ‘Asanas’ and Balancing Poses, which will strengthen and tone our body and then we stretch our warmed muscles using our breathing techniques which helps to allow the body to open more and move us deeper and deeper into our stretch. Followed by a Guided Meditational Journey ‘Savasana’. This class will help to make you feel brand new as if coming back from a restful vacation. If dealing with any major health issues, please consult your doctor before attending. This is a mind and body exercise. This is not specifically designed with any one with major physical ailments. Bring yoga mat and bottle of water. Prepare to sweat. Wear yoga style comfy clothes. Ages 12 & up. Call Chelsea Giudicy for more info @ 352-799-8277. Belly 'Spirit' Dancing --- This class will introduce you to the basic posture, movements and isolations of this popular, sensual, and fun dance. As we dance we will focus and explore both our physical and spiritual core areas, and how this relates to our emotional and mental well being. This is an all encompassing work out: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Bring journals and water to keep hydrated. Dress for comfort: Yoga type pants and tank tops preferred, bare feet.Beginning & Beginning/Intermediate --- Open to adults of all ages, body types and sizes.

Gurlesque --- Learn the ‘art of the tease’ and how to strut your stuff in a lighthearted, supportive class atmosphere. Burlesque is sexy, sensual, powerful, bawdy, fun, comedic, and anything you choose to make it! You will gain a new found confidence in your body and in who you are as a beautiful, magnificent and powerful woman! Bring journals, water, and your favorite piece of music. Dress for comfort: Yoga type pants and tank tops preferred, bare feet.Beginning & Beginning/Intermediate --- Open to adults 18 years through Seniors, and ALL body types and sizes!
